Shipping Policy
Because every CraftedPoppy item is printed to order, our timeline has two parts: production and delivery.
Production time
Orders enter production right after payment and typically take 2–5 business days to print, press and pack.
Delivery time
- United States: 3–7 business days after production
- International: 7–20 business days after production, depending on destination and customs
Tracking
Every order ships with a tracking number, emailed to you the moment the label is created. Please allow up to 48 hours for the first scan to appear.
Wrong address
Caught a typo in your address? Contact us immediately — if the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll fix it. Once a parcel ships to the address given, we can’t redirect it.
Delays
Carriers occasionally run behind during holidays or bad weather. If your tracking hasn’t moved for 7+ days, reach out and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
