How do I place an order?

Pick a design you love, choose size and color, add to cart, check out. Done — we take it from there.

When will my card be charged?

At checkout. Every item is made to order, so production is paid up front.

What are your shirts like?

100% ringspun cotton, unisex classic fit, DTG-printed for sharp detail. See the size chart photo on each product for exact measurements.

Can I change my order?

Within 12 hours of ordering — yes, just contact us. After that it’s usually already in production.

My item arrived damaged — what now?

So sorry! Send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we’ll replace it free or refund you in full.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International delivery typically takes 7–20 business days after production, and any customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

Where do my items ship from?

Your order is printed by one of our fulfillment partners in the United States or China. Orders to the United States normally ship from the United States facility; international orders ship from whichever facility can reach you fastest. Your shipping confirmation email tells you which one, and the tracking number matches that carrier.

Where do I send a return?

In most cases you do not send anything back — a damaged, misprinted or wrong item is reprinted or refunded from a photo. If we do ask for a return, we confirm it in writing first and the address is CraftedPoppy Returns, 5830 E 2nd St Ste 8, Casper, WY 82609, United States. Please do not ship anything back before we confirm it, and always include your order number.

Is there a fee to cancel?

No. Cancelling or changing an order is free within 12 hours of placing it. After 12 hours the item has usually entered production and can no longer be cancelled — every piece is made to order.
