Refund & Return Policy

We stand behind every print that leaves our studio. Because items are made to order, our policy works a little differently than a regular shop.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn’t what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo. We’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. No need to ship anything back.

Size or buyer’s-choice returns

Since each piece is printed specifically for you, we can’t accept returns for wrong size choices or change of mind. Please double-check the size chart on every product page before ordering. If you’re stuck between sizes, message us — we’ll help you pick.

Where to send a return

Most problems are settled without sending anything back — for a damaged, misprinted or wrong item we reprint or refund from a photo. If we do ask you to return an item, we confirm it in writing first, and the address is:

Please do not ship anything back before we have confirmed the return, and always write your order number on the parcel — an unannounced return cannot be matched to an order and cannot be refunded.

Return shipping: we pay return shipping whenever the fault is ours (damage, misprint or wrong item). Return shipping is not covered for change of mind or a wrong size chosen at checkout.

Order cancellation

You can cancel or edit an order free of charge within 12 hours of placing it — there is no cancellation fee. After 12 hours the item has usually entered production and can no longer be cancelled or changed.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
