CraftedPoppy respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects everyone who works with us to do the same.

Our designs

Every design offered in this store is intended to be original artwork, licensed artwork, or work that is in the public domain. We do not knowingly sell products that reproduce third-party trademarks, logos, characters, film or television properties, song lyrics, or the likeness of a real person without permission.

If you think we have got it wrong

If you are a rights holder (or their authorised agent) and believe a product on this site infringes your copyright or trademark, tell us and we will act promptly. Reported listings are taken down while we investigate.

How to send a takedown notice

Send us a written notice through our Contact page that includes all of the following:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work or trademark you believe has been infringed — including a registration number where one exists.
2. The URL of each product page you are reporting, so we can locate it.
3. Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

• We acknowledge valid notices within 2 business days.
• The reported listing is removed or unpublished while we review it.
• If the report is upheld, the product stays down permanently and any pending orders for it are cancelled and refunded in full.

Counter-notice

If your design was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send us a counter-notice containing your contact details, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was in error.

Repeat infringers

Designs and design partners that are the subject of repeated valid infringement notices are removed from our catalogue permanently.

Our own brand

The CraftedPoppy name, logo and original artwork are our property. Please do not copy, resell or reproduce them without written permission.
