Payment Methods & Security

This page explains how you can pay at CraftedPoppy and how your payment details are protected.

Accepted payment methods

The payment options available to you are shown on the checkout page. We are currently finalising our payment providers, and checkout will display every method we accept as soon as it is live.

Currency

All prices on this site are listed and charged in US Dollars (USD). If your card or account is in another currency, your bank or payment provider handles the conversion and may add its own fee.

How your details are protected

• The entire store, including checkout, runs over an encrypted HTTPS/SSL connection.
• Card numbers are entered directly into our payment provider’s secure form. CraftedPoppy never sees or stores your full card number, expiry date or security code.
• Our payment providers are PCI-DSS compliant — the security standard used across the card industry.
• We keep only what we need to process your order: your name, delivery address, email and the order details.

When you are charged

Payment is taken in full when you place the order. Because every item is printed to order, production begins as soon as payment clears.

What appears on your statement

Charges appear on your statement under our store name. If you see a charge you do not recognise, contact us before opening a dispute — we can usually resolve it the same day.

Failed or declined payments

If a payment is declined, no order is created and no funds are taken. Any temporary authorisation hold placed by your bank is released automatically, usually within a few business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. See our Refund & Return Policy.

Suspected fraud

If you believe your payment details have been used without your permission, contact your bank or card issuer first, then let us know through our Contact page so we can hold the order.
