How your order is made and where it ships from
CraftedPoppy is a print-on-demand studio. We hold no stock — every item is printed after you order it, by our production partners rather than in a warehouse of our own.
Fulfillment partners: independent print and fulfillment facilities in the United States and in China.
Shipping origin:
- Orders to the United States normally ship from our United States facility.
- International orders ship from our United States or China facility — whichever can reach your address fastest.
Carriers: USPS, UPS or FedEx for deliveries inside the United States; national postal services and their local delivery partners for international orders.
Your shipping confirmation email states which facility your parcel left, and the tracking number matches that carrier.
